Daily Maintenance:
1. Water Stains or Slight Stain

It can be wiped off by a washcloth soaked with detergent or soap.
Kingkonree can supply "Cif" detergent if you need 
 

2. Scratch on Surface
1) Slight scratch:
A. Using 180-400 grit sandpaper to wipe it away, and cleaning again with a washcloth.
B. To reach a matte surface, polish it with 400-600 grit sandpaper to erase scratched.
C. Recovering it with detergent and washcloth 
2) Heavy scratch
It can be repaired by polishing machine, and
clean again with a washcloth.

5. What kind of packing material do you use? 

    All packing material we use E0 standard, formaldehyde content of the European 
standard.

6. Can I get some small samples? 

    Samples are available for free, but the courier cost should be collected except for the long-term partners. So, please inform us of the courier account or prepay the courier 
the cost though our Western Union or T/T.

7. Do you have any certificates? 

    Yes. All products have passed by CE / SGS and UL Third-party certification

8. When the orders can be finished? How long can I receive my products?

    1)Normally, one 20ft container product can be finish on 15-20 working days
