Material Introduction
Our products are being manufactured with special detail to the material used in the production process. We are therefore only working on eco-friendly, non-toxic materials that are safe for the client's body. In our production, we are using two different materials solid surface and composite stone.
-Solid Surface
KKR solid surface is a compact, non-porous surface material from a homogenous mix of aluminum hydroxide and mineral fillers. It is completely non-toxic and recyclable and is mainly being used on our matte finishes. (Best quality and not much higher price)
-Gel Coat (Resin stone)
KKR stone resin is a blend of mainly unsaturated polyester resin and calcium carbonate amongst others. The finish is usually glossy white and comes with a gel coating of approximately 1-2mm thickness. The material is very waterproof and can be easily cleaned with common detergents.
Package & Shipping
Bulk order: Plastic bag per piece, fixe with foam, then insert into a carton, sellotape closed ( Neutral packing, KKR packing, Customized packing )
Trial order (Sample order): Plastic bag, fixed with foam, then insert into the wooden case (Non-fumigation wooden case).
