1. Can I visit the Kingkonree factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
My dear, it is a great honor to invite you to visit the Kingkonree factory.
Our factory is based in Haungjiang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong province, which will take Approximate two hours from Guangzhou city to our factory by car;
One hour from Shenzhen City to our factory by car.
We have a showroom in Shenzhen. Our showroom is close to Shenzhen North train station. 10min by car.
You can take a High-speed train from Guangzhou South train station to Shenzhen North train station, 35min. We can arrange for our driver to pick you up at Shenzhen Train station.
2. What is the payment term?
1) T/T
2) Western Union
30% or 50% (depends on the products) deposit in advance before production, the balance payment before shipment.
EXW paid by USD or RMB cash. We will offer you details on the PI.
3. How long does delivery take?
After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T )
- Sample order: Within 8 days;
- Trial order: Within 15 days (QTY<50pcs);
- Official order: Within 20 days (QTY>100pcs);
- 20FT container: 25-30 days;
- 40HQ container: 35-40days.
4. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Of course, we will do our best to cooperate.
5. Is OEM acceptable?
Yes. OEM & ODM accepted. Please email us for details.
6. Can your factory print our brand on the package?
Yes, we can. While customer needs to provide us a "logo usage authorization letter" to allow us to print the logo on the products.
7. Can your factory make customized products?
We can make customized products especially for you; Please kindly contact us for more details.
8. What product certification does your factory have?
We have CE certification for European countries. SGS and UL clients reference.
9. How is your factory production capability?
Kingkonree factory has a Full production line including an automatic injection line, Cutting line, Polishing line, CNC Line, Infrared bridge cutting machine, Water jet machine. We can manufacture products up to 8000pcs per month.
10. How is your production management and quality control system?
Kingkonree develops process-oriented QMS to identify and meet needs of customer requirements and expectations in an effective and efficient manner to achieve competitive advantage.
