1. Material: We use the high-quality aluminum hydroxide powder, 100% pure, without any calcium powder. All raw materials (aluminum hydroxide powder, UPR, PMMA, Pigment) will do sampling inspection before production.
2. Tolerance: Advance machines for calibrating and polishing, our sheets will be flatter, the thickness tolerance of one slab can be controlled within 0.5mm.
For thick sheets, especially for sheets with large speckles, we can make sure that the speckles are distributed evenly. For 30mm thickness, we do much better than other suppliers.
